Sound on the Street Music Workshops for 14-25s at 7MilesOut

Brighter Sound in partnership with Stockport Council, Stockport Homes and Lets Go Global present an exciting new project just for residents living in Central Stockport (Lancashire Hill, Heaton Norris, Town Centre and Edgeley) aged 14–25 years.

Skilled musicians will support you to:
• Make music (DJ, MC, guitars, keyboards, drums)
• Write songs
• Work with other musicians
• Record tracks
• Perform on stage.

The session will run for 16 weeks and take place every Tuesday, 5.00-7.00pm at Seven Miles Out, Market Place, Stockport (http://www.sevenmilesoutarts.co.uk/).

All sessions are delivered by G Kut. Performing for over 15 years across Europe, scratch DJ & electronics tinkerer G Kut also has teaching experience across the musical spectrum, focusing on digital performance. Using sequencers, drum pads, turntables, keyboards, kinect, video skratch, resolume and hula hoops; to connect people to their music.
