Our Rooms and Facilities

There are four rooms available in St Matthew's House. Al rooms are £10 per room per hour.

Ground Floor

St Matthew's Room

image of St Matthew's roomThis is our largest room and can seat up to 20 people (without tables). It has space for a projector and screen. There are patio doors leading directly into our beautiful garden (please note that the garden is a shared space with other users). Ideal for training sessions.

 

 

 

St Mark's Room

First Floor

St Augustine's Room

This room also has a refreshment station, including hot water flasks, cups, glasses and water bottles, as well as a dedicated fridge.

 

 

 

St Werburgh's Room

Other areas

Gardeimage of garden area, mainly grass, with a small paved area surrounded by potted plants. The garden is bordered by a wall and a fencen - a shared space for all users of the House. If St Matthew's Room is in use, please enter by going through the kitchen and through the door in the utility room.

There is a bike shed on the side of the House with spaces for 3 bicycles.

 

 

 

Other facilities

White boards - St Augustine's Room has fixed white boards, but we also have a few portable white boards as well as white board paper (which sticks to any surface). White board pens are also provided. Please ask at time of booking.

Flip chart stands and paper - we have two flip chart stands available.  Please ask at time of booking.

Portable screen for projector - please ask at time of booking. Please note that all our walls are light in colour so you should be able to project directly onto the walls.
